The drop box outside the Association office is checked frequently throughout the day. All calls to the Association office are responded to within a reasonable timeframe, if your call is not answered immediately please leave a message and we will get back to you within our normal 24 business hour response time. You are also more than welcome to send us an email at office@memorial-club.org.

Through efficient management of the Association and its assets, as well as dedication to the preservation of property values and enhancement of common areas representing the vested interest of all. Memorial Club will be maintained as a friendly and enjoyable place to call home.

We are proud of our beautiful townhome community, built in the early 1970’s and located on the west side of Houston. Our community, situated on 65 acres nestled amongst mature trees and surrounded by beautiful landscaping, consists of 757 townhomes.
We have a dedicated professional onsite staff to meet the needs of our residents.
Our amenities include a beautiful clubhouse available for rent, three swimming pools, including the largest private pool in the city of Houston, nine tennis courts with six lighted courts, two playground areas, a sand volleyball court and an abundance of greenspace.
