The Assessment Rate for 2026 is $445.00 monthly, $1335.00 quarterly, $2670.00 semi-annually, and $5340.00 annually. Memorial Club does not send out monthly statements. Residents will only receive a statement if there is an outstanding balance on the account.
Residents may choose to pay assessments monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
To log into your CiraNet account and set up an ACH monthly, please go to www.ciranet.com/ResidentPortal. You will need to have your Memorial Club Account number, which can be found on your statement, your check digit, which is also located on your statement, and the Association ID, which is MEMCLUBT.
As the assessment may increase annually each January, there will be no need to make adjustments to your ACH draft; it will automatically deduct the correct amount. If you pay your assessment with bill pay through your bank, you will need to change the amount that your banking institution sends on your behalf to the Association. Memorial Club does not send out monthly statements, and to avoid late charges, please ensure that you have made the appropriate adjustments to your online bill pay. There will be a $50.00 late fee and interest at a rate of 6% per annum assessed to all accounts paid after the 15th of each month.
